WOODBINE MOHAWK PARK
Woodbine Mohawk Park reminds all horsepeople that training is now being offered five days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sign-up for the next week of training at Woodbine Mohawk Park (May 11-15) will open this Saturday afternoon (May 8) at 3 p.m.
Session One: 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Session Two: 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Session Three: 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Sign-up for the next week of training at Woodbine Mohawk Park (May 11-15) will open this Saturday afternoon (May 8) at 3 p.m.
All paddock COVID-19 protocols will be in place for training hours, including the requirement to have all people wearing a mask. Only trainers and essential licensed personnel will be permitted through the security checkpoint, and all individuals are reminded to complete the COVID-19 Screening Form before arriving.

GRAND RIVER RACEWAY
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
8am to 12noon.
Grand River Raceway has announced that the racetrack will open for training beginning Friday May 7th. At this time, trainers do not need to sign up in advance as we do not anticipate demand will be such that it would create an unsafe environment in the paddock.
All paddock COVID-19 protocols will be in place during training hours, including the requirement to ensure all attendees wear a mask. Only trainers and essential licenced individuals will be permitted at the facility. All individuals planning to attend, must complete the COVID-19 Screening Form before arriving at Grand River Raceway. COVID-19 protocols, can be found on our website under COVID Screening & Protocols.
Wednesdays – 12Pm – 5pm
Hanover Raceway will be open for training starting Wednesday, May 12 and will be by appointment only, space is limited. Trainers can schedule their appointment by calling Hanover Raceway General Manager Steve Fitzsimmons at 519-901-4360 or emailing email@example.com.
Everyone is to abide by Covid protocols, which include mandatory masks for all while on the premises, except during training and socially distancing from others. Only licensed personnel will be permitted on the grounds, which are the trainer and caretaker of the horse signed up to train. Each person’s entry will be subject to completing a Covid-19 Screening Form at the Security Gate.
Wednesdays 8am – 10am and 10:30am -12:30pm
Kawartha Downs will be open for training beginning on Wednesday May 5th. There will be Two training sessions — 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday, May 8, and Saturday, May 15. Space is limited; horsepeople must reserve space by calling or texting Jim Huck at 705.927.3122.
A COVID-19 screening form must be completed by all individuals at the security gate. All COVID-19 protocols will be in effect, including mandatory mask wearing at all times. Only essential personnel, to include trainers and a caretaker per horse, will be allowed entry. No spectators will be permitted. Dependent upon Ontario lockdown regulations, qualifiers are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 22, at 11 a.m.
